My pottery studio was first established over 30 years ago! Completely made by hand, each piece is wheel thrown, glazed and fired to over 2200 degrees. I'm practicing traditional techniques, balancing creativity and craftsmanship and trying to run a successful studio at the same time.
Thanks so much for the comments. It's so nice to hear how the pottery touches your lives. I couldn't ask for better compliments. If you have a question please leave a way to contact you.I will answer if I can. Thanks.
Your work is magical. I would like the opportunity to see more of it, but I only have access to its beauty through the store, Appalachian Spring. I live in Virginia, near Washington DC. Can you let me know what the best way to see more of your pieces would be. I would eventually like a complete set of dinner/general eating ware, but can never find more than a couple of your pieces at a time...usually tea pots, mugs, little bowls, etc. They are all AMAZING, but I want MORE ;o) Like dinner plates, salad plates, chargers, etc.
I hope all is well with you and your beautiful animal companions.
